Configuring the device time zone in the system will eliminate the error which occurs because of the difference between the actual time of the vehicle and the time of vehicle received on the system.
Before you get started #
You have to set the time zone on your GPS device according to your vehicle’s location.
The same timezone should be set on the software.
To get started #
- Login to your account
- Go to Settings > General > Object
- Double-click on the record for which you want to set the device time zone.
- In General tab navigate to the Device Time Zone field.
- Enter the time zone same as the one set on the device.
- Click on the save 💾 icon.
