Setup Account For Admin Subuser

If an admin wants to create a new user and tailor their rights and permissions, the admin can do so by creating a sub-user. Sub-users’ rights are limited to their roles and responsibilities.

To accomplish this, the admin must create an account for the sub-user.

To get started #

  • Login to your account
  • Go to  Settings > General > Admin. 
  • Double-click on the account for which you want to set the admin sub-user account
  • Navigate to the Admin Subuser tab.

To set up an Account #

  • Click on Add New. 
  • Admin Subuser window will open.

Navigate to My Account #

  • Enter Username, Email ID, Password, Mobile Number, etc in the fields.
    These details will be helpful when the sub-user wants to access the account.
  • If you want to provide a sub-user with the rights of immobilization then you can make use of a security pin. Click on the checkbox of Enable Security Pin.
  • Enter a 6-digit security pin in the provided field.
  • Retype the pin to ensure it.

Please Note: This same pin can be used in any other special functions also.

Navigate to Screen Access #

Admin can provide specific Screen Access for Admin Subuser  according to their use.

Navigate to Data Access #

Admin can provide specific Data Access for Admin Subuser  according to their use.

Navigate to User Setting #

User Setting for Admin subuser account will allow the users to set their preferences as per their needs related to the objects.

  • Click on the Save 💾 icon.
