Users can easily bulk-upload the student details from the system. These details will get updated altogether using an Excel file which needs to be downloaded and details need to be filled in. To update multiple student records consider the following steps.
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > Master > Student.
The page you land on is the student overview page where you can have a look at all the student records.
To upload multiple records #
- Click on the Bulk Update button on the taskbar.
- Select the School, Branch, and Academic Year.
- Select the Class and Division.
- Select a Language from the list.
- Download the sample file from the link given. The file will hold the basic information of the students such as school, branch, GR Number, first name, last name etc.
- Upload the XLS file after filling up the updated details.
- Click on the save 💾 icon.
