Configure IVR Service (Smart Bus)

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service provides the user with the facility to send alert via calls. IVR can be configured in the admin account and the Reseller as well as the School can inherit the same.

Before Configuring IVR Service #

  • Purchase the third-party service (Twilio) as per your requirement.
  • Get the Account SID, and Account Token from the service provider.

To get started #

  • Login to your admin account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Reseller. 
  • Double-click on the account for which you want to configure the IVR service.
  • Navigate to the IVR tab.

To configure IVR service #

  • IVR Gateway field will be Custom by default.
  • In Provider, you will find Twilio which has been integrated into the system.
  • Enter the Account SID provided by your service provider.
  • Enter the Account Token in the given field.
  • In the From Number field, enter the phone number you want the call to be made from.

  • Save the configuration by clicking on the Save 💾 icon.
