Helpdesk details configured on the admin account are helpful for the resellers to contact the admin in case of any help or query.
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Admin.
- Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
- Navigate to My Account.
To configure helpdesk details #
Enter the help desk or support team’s details in the fields
- Help Desk Telephone Number: provide your landline number.
- Helpdesk Email Address: Provide an email id where the Reseller will be contacting you.
- Mobile Number: provide a mobile number
- WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number that is working on whatsapp.
- Click on Save 💾 icon.
