School admin can create trips for their students. #
To Create Trip: #
The user has to go to Settings>Master>Create Trips
- Click on the (+) Icon
- Manual: If the user wants to create the trip manually click on Manual
- Playback: If the user wants to copy trip information from the playback, select the playback
- Copy from the trip: If the user wants to create the trip from another trip select the copy from the trip.
- Select Branch
- Select trip type:
- Pickup & Drop: If the trip is both pickup and drop
- Pickup: If the trip is only for Pickup
- Drop: If the trip is only for Drop
- Add a starting point
- Users can add a trip start point by selecting the point from the maps or using the point from the address book
- Users can customize the radius
- Add Endpoint:
- Users can add a trip endpoint by selecting the point from the maps or using the point from the address book
- Users can customize the radius
- Select Routing with all point and click on the next
- Click on the location Icon and then click on the maps which point user want to add. OR the user can select the address from the address book
- Click on the save icon
- After selecting the point user needs to select the pickup and drop-up order
Then the user adds the student by clicking on on box
- After adding the student, the user needs to allocate the pickup point for the student
- Set the Schedule for the trip
- And then click on the save button.
- If the trip is successfully created user can see it from the trip Dashboard
