Device Connectivity Check For Company

Admin and Reseller can set up device connectivity checks for the company. The software has set the device connectivity check to 5 mins by default. This means the software will check if the data of the past 5 mins have been received or not. If the data has not been received then it will show as disconnected. This will be reflected in the live tracking screen in the tooltip widget in the web and mobile apps.

To get started #

  • Login to the admin account
  • Go to  Settings > General > Company
  • Double-click on the Company account for which you want to set up the device connectivity check.
  • Navigate to Rule. A new window named Company Rule will open.

  • In the field Device Connectivity Check, the default time is set to 5 minutes, you can modify it according to the requirement.
