Super admin will make admin accounts and provide them to the user. Users will have the ability to update the admin account and make modifications as necessary.
To get started #
· Log into your Admin account to get started.
· Admin can be found under Settings > General.
· To configure an account, double-click on it.
· You will arrive at the admin page.
Creating an admin account #
Locate My Account- #
· From the dropdown menu, you can edit the Country.
· Super admin will provide a short name and username.
· Click on the provided link to change the password for your admin account.
· Check the box if you want to set a security pin.
· Your logo can be readily uploaded.
· Type in your address information.
· Type in your helpdesk information.
· your fax number in the box.
· Write a welcome message to be displayed as the user logs in.
· By default, Data Storage will be provided.
Navigate to User Settings #
The admin account’s User Setting will let users establish their preferences in accordance with their object-related requirements.
· Enter preferred Time Zone.
· Date and Time Format are editable.
· Create an API access code, then add it.
· If necessary, set up immobilization.
