Helpdesk details configured on the admin account are helpful for the resellers to contact the admin in case of any help or query.
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Admin.
- Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
- Navigate to My Account.
To configure helpdesk details #
Enter the help desk or the customer support team’s details in the mentioned fields.
- Help Desk Telephone Number: Provide your landline number.
- Helpdesk Email Address: Provide an email address using which the Reseller will be able to contact you.
- Mobile Number: Provide a mobile number.
- WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number with active WhatsApp.
- Click on Save 💾 icon.

Please Note:
The user will require a security pin each time the user wants to initiate the immobilization function.
