Helpdesk details configured on the company account are helpful for the subusers to contact the reseller in case of any help or query.
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Company
- Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
- Navigate to My Account.
To configure helpdesk details #
Enter the help desk or support team’s details in the fields.
- Help Desk Telephone Number: provide your landline number.
- Helpdesk Email: Provide an email id where the user will be contacting you.
- Mobile Number: provide a mobile number
- WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number that is working on whatsapp.
- Click on Save 💾 icon to save the details.
