Helpdesk details on reseller

Helpdesk details configured on the reseller account are helpful for the company users to contact the reseller in case of any help or query.

To get started #

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Reseller 
  • Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
  • Navigate to My Account.

To configure helpdesk details #

Enter the help desk or support team’s details in the fields.

  • Help Desk Telephone Number: provide your landline number.
  • Helpdesk Email Address: Provide an email id where the Reseller will be contacting you.
  • Mobile Number: provide a mobile number 
  • WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number that is working on whatsapp.
  • Click on Save 💾 icon to save the details.
