Helpdesk details on reseller (Smart Bus)

Helpdesk details configured on the reseller account are helpful for the school users to contact the reseller in case of any help or query.

To get started #

  • Login to your account.
  • Go to  Settings > General > Reseller.
  • Double-click on the account you want to add helpdesk details.
  • Navigate to My Account.

To configure helpdesk details #

Enter the help desk or the customer support team’s details in the mentioned fields.

    • Help Desk Telephone Number: Provide your landline number.
    • Helpdesk Email Address: Provide an email id where the Reseller will be contacting you.

    • Mobile Number: Provide a mobile number.
    • WhatsApp Contact Number: Provide a contact number with active WhatsApp.
    • Click on Save 💾 icon to save the details.
