How to access Settings in Driver Application?

To get started  #

  • Login to your driver application.
  • Click on the Settings.

To Visit the Profile : #

  • Click on Profile tab.
  • Click on the Documents to add the necessary documents.
  • Click on Settings to make changes regarding Map, Password, Server, Language.
  • Click on the Privacy Policy, to about the privacy policies.
  • Click on Logout.

For Viewing Maintenance Details: #

  • Click on Maintenance Details.
  • The existing Maintenance Details list will be visible.
  • Click on the More Options to Export Maintenance Details.
  • Select the format in which the report needs to be exported.
  • Click on the Filter option to filter the details.
  • To edit the existing details, click on the Edit and select the Date Range.

To Inspect a Vehicle: #

  • Click on Vehicle Inspection tab.
  • Select the Vehicle Number and Inspection Type from the list mentioned in the field.
  • Add Odometer Value.
  • Select the Check Point from the list mentioned in the field.
  • Select the Remarks from the list provided below.
  • Click on Save.

To Add Expense: #

  • Click on the Expense tab.

  • Select the Category from the options mentioned.
  • Select Expense Type from the list mentioned in the field.
  • Select From Date from the calendar in the field.
  • Select To Date from the calendar in the field.
  • Add the Amount.
  • Add the Reference Number.
  • If you wish to upload the bill of the expense made, click on the field and select the mode via which you will upload it.
  • Add the Description.
  • Click on Save.

To Classify Existing Trip Records: #

  • Click on the Trip Classification tab.
  • The existing trips will be visible in the list.
  • Click on the Search option for searching for trips.
  • Click on the Filter option to filter the details.
  • To edit the existing details, click on Edit and select the Date Range.

To Add Tire Pressure Log: #

  • Click on the Tire Pressure Log tab.
  • The existing logs will be visible in the list.
  • Click on the Add option for searching for trips.
    • Select an Object from the list.
    • Select Tire Position from the list.
    • Enter Tire Serial No. 
    • Enter Tire Pressure values.
    • Click on Save.
  • Click on the Filter option to filter the details.
  • To edit the existing details, click on the Edit and select the Date Range.

To Add Tire Tread Depth Log: #

  • Click on the Tire Tread Depth Log tab.
  • The existing logs will be visible in the list.
  • Click on the Add option for searching for trips.
    • Select an Object from the list.
    • Select Tire Position from the list.
    • Enter Tire Serial No. 
    • Enter Tire Tread values.
    • Enter Odometer.
    • Click on Save.
  • Click on the Filter option to filter the details.
  • To edit the existing details, click on Edit and select the Date Range.
