Setting up the map as per the requirement can provide a great experience for tracking the fleets live.
Please Note: At present we supports different kinds of maps that can be used for tracking fleets.
OSM map is the default map provided by us.
Before you get started #
According to your need, if you need any map service other than OSM then you will need to purchase the map key from the service provider.
We have integrated the below-listed map in our system.

After you purchase the service you will get Web Map Key, Mobile map Key, and Project ID from the service provider which you will need for configuring that map on the application.
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Admin.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to set the map.
- Navigate to Map.
To Configure Map
- Click on Add New a new row appears.

- Select the Map, from the drop-down menu, that you wish to use and whose service has been procured by you.
- Enter a Web Map Key provided by your service provider to use this map.
- Enter a Mobile Map Key if you want to avail map along with directions on your mobile app.
- Enter the Map Project ID.
- The map project ID is required in order to enable Speed Limit API for some of the map service providers.
- Snap to road feature can be used for aligning a GPS point to the nearest point on a road network.
- Address From Map Provider feature is used to get the address location from latitude and longitude called “Reverse geocoding” of your fleets.
- Select the Map, from the drop-down menu, that you wish to use and whose service has been procured by you.
Please Note: To use this service address API should be enabled from the map service provider.
- Speed Limit API: enable this service so that if your fleet enters on roads where speed limits are defined, you can use this API to monitor your fleets and drivers. You can monitor if they are overspeeding in non-speeding zones service.
Please Note: This service needs to be enabled by the service provider.
- Default: The default option is helpful when fleet owners have multiple maps and wants to set any one map as the default map.
For Example-
A fleet owner can set OSM as the default map.
A fleet owner can use the HERE map for speed limit API.
A fleet owner can use Google Maps for identifying addresses.
Click on the Save button.
Please Note: The map can be seen on live tracking screen, mobile app and other related details can be seen on reports.
