Admin can provide access to all the information about the selected object to the Reseller according to their roles and responsibilities.
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Reseller.
- Double-click on the account for which you want to provide data access to the reseller.
- Navigate to the Data Access tab.
- In the Alert field, you can select the kind of alert you want the reseller to have access to.

- Time Zone Rights can be set by selecting the appropriate timezone from the dropdown.
- In the GPS Model field, select the GPS model from the dropdown menu.
- You can select the Sim Provider from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Default Language from the drop-down list. This will be the language in which the reseller will have data access.
- In the SOS Mobile No field enter the mobile number in which you want to send the alert. If you wish to enter multiple mobile numbers then separate them with a comma.
- In the Android App link, field add the link to the android app.
- In IOS App link field add the link to the IOS app.
- If you want to have the cover page (Title Page) when you download the reports then click on the checkbox to enable Show Cover Page on Download.
- Click on the Save 💾 icon.
