User settings for reseller sub-user

Admin can configure different types of rights for the sub-user. These rights shall be given according to the sub-user’s roles and responsibilities.

To get started #

• Login to your account.
• Go to  Settings > General > Reseller. 
• Double-click on the account for which you want to configure user settings in the sub-user.
• Navigate to the Reseller Subuser tab.
  
  

To Provide Access #

• Click on Add New. A new window will open.
  • Navigate to the User Settings tab.
    
    
  • Under the Time zone dropdown menu, select the time zone for the reseller sub-user.

• Under the Date Format dropdown menu, select the preferable Date Format for the sub-user account.
• Under the Time Format dropdown menu, select the preferable Time Format for the sub-user account.
• User Setting will help you to keep the account active or you can inactive account so they can not access it.

• By Clicking on the Restrict Change Password you can restrict the sub-user to change the password for the account.
• If you want to grant vehicle immobilize rights to the sub-user then click on the check box of Immobilization.

• The Notification field will allow you to grant permission to the sub-user to get notifications via Web or Mobile.
• You can provide Web Access and Mobile Access as per your needs.
• Click on the Save 💾 icon .
