Company accounts can be created by admin and reseller. This document guides how to create a new company account.
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > General > Company
- Click on the ➕ icon on the taskbar below.
To create new account #
Navigate to My Account #
- Add a Reseller under which you want to create the company account.
- Add the Country from the dropdown menu.
- Add the Short Name and Username for the company account.
- Click on the checkbox of Email Login Details to mail the created login details to the company.
- Add a Password for the company user.
Please Note:
-Password must be of at least 8 characters.
-Password must contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z), one lowercase character (a-z), and one digit (0-9) and special characters from (!,@,#,$,%,&,*,?).
- Retype the password.
- You can set a Security Pin for the company.
- Enter Helpdesk Details.
- Enter address details like City, zip code etc.
- Enter Fax Number.
- Data Storage will be given by default.
Please Note: Data Storage will be for 90 days by default. If you want to increase the number of days, contact us.
Navigate to Rule #
To Create a New Rule for the Company click on Add New and set the new rule for the company as per the requirement.
Navigate to User Settings #
User setting in will allow the users to set their preferences as per their needs related to the objects.
- Enter your preferred Time Zone.
- You can edit the Date and Time Format.
- Select a Unit of Distance from the dropdown list.
- Select the Preferred Currency Unit as per the company location.
- Select the Unit of Fuel from the dropdown list.
- Select the User Status as user active or inactive.
- Generate API Access Code and add it.
- Setup Immobilization if required.
- Web Access or Mobile Access
- Provide the rights of Door Access if required.
- Select the checkbox of Upload Logo
Navigate to Screen Access #
Admin and reseller can provide specific Screen Access of objects to the company according to their use.
Navigate to Data Access #
Admin and reseller can provide specific Access to Data related to objects to the company according to their use.
