The email ID of the main account can be changed. We have provision for it,
To get started #
- Login to your account.
- Go to Setting > General > Reseller / Company / Company sub-user.
- Double-click on the user record which needs to change.
- Update the new Email in the user name on My account.
- Click on the save 💾 icon. If all the above steps are followed and you are still not able to change the email ID, kindly raise a ticket on support.
