Technical support plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues and providing ongoing assistance to users.
Before raising a ticket check out our Knowledge Base
If you do not find answers to your issue then raise a ticket on support.
- Navigate to helpdesk.uffizio.com
- Click on Go to Customer Portal in the top right corner.
If you are first time user then-
- Click on Go to Customer Portal in the top right corner.
Click on Register here.

- Enter the Email Id and Password for login.
You can use your organization domain so that you can see tickets raised by the rest of your team members.

- Check mark the box for I agree and Click on Save password.
You will receive a verification email on the given email ID.
Login to your account to verify the email address. #
Confirm your email ID.
- Click here to login into your customer portal.
- Click on File a Support Ticket to raise a new ticket.
- Enter the registered Email ID
- Ticket name – Subject of the ticket
- Ticket description – Breif us about the issue that you are facing.
- Attachment – Screenshots or video recording which will help us to rectify the issue more correctly.
- Check mark the box for I agree and Submit the ticket.
