Scheduled reports play a vital role in providing timely information, and saves time to download reports manually.
You might come across a situation where your schedule reports are not generated so here are the possible reason and solutions:
Incorrect configuration #
To verify
- Login to your account.
- Go to Report > Activity > Travel Summary
- Click on the Calendar icon.
- Select the report that is been scheduled.
- Verify details configured in the schedule.
- Make sure your email has been verified. If not then send us the email ID that needs to be verified.
Email configuration must be properly configured and working #
- To verify the same navigate to Setting > General > Admin/ Reseller/ Company > Email
- To verify whether the Email configuration is proper or not, check with the test configuration.
- To test the created configuration, click on the test configuration.
- If the test is successful then confirmation mail will be received on the email which is used for testing.
