Create a Reseller Account

Admin can create multiple reseller accounts according to their requirement. This document guides how to create a new reseller account.  

To get started #

  • Login to your Admin account.
  • Go to Settings > General > Reseller 
  • Click on the ➕ icon on the taskbar below.

To create a reseller account  #

Navigate to My Account #

  • Add the Country from the dropdown menu.
  • Add the State from the dropdown menu.
  • Add a Short Name for the reseller
  •  Add a Username for the reseller. 
  • Click on the checkbox of Email Login Details to mail the created login details to the reseller.
  • Add a Password for Reseller account.

Please Note:

-Password must be of at least 8 characters.
-Password must contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z), one lowercase character (a-z), and one digit (0-9) and special characters from (!,@,#,$,%,&,*,?).

  • Retype the Password.
  • You can easily upload a Logo for reseller.
  • You can set a Security Pin for the reseller.
  • Enter address details like City, zip code etc.
  • Enter Helpdesk Details.
  • Enter Fax Number.
  • Enter a Welcome Message which will be shown when the user logs in.
  • Data Storage will be given by default.

Please Note: Data Storage will be for 90 days by default. If you want to increase the number of days, contact us.

Navigate to Rule #

To Create a New Rule for the reseller click on Add New and set the new rule for reseller as per the requirement.

Navigate to User Settings #

User setting in will allow the users to set their preferences as per their needs related to the objects.

Navigate to Screen Access #

Admin can provide specific Screen Access of objects to the reseller according to their use.

Navigate to Data Access #

Admin can provide specific Access to Data related to objects to the reseller according to their use.

Setting up the map as per the requirement can provide a great experience for tracking the fleets live.

Navigate to Reseller SubUser #

Admin can create a new user and tailor their rights and permissions. Sub-users’ rights are limited to their roles and responsibilities.

Navigate to Rename Label #

You can replace the actual label name with the name you want

To rename a label 

  • Click on Add New and enter the existing label name and then enter a new name. 
  • Click on save 💾.

Navigate to IVR #

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service provides the user with the facility to send alert via calls.
